Define Procrastination
We will define procrastination highlighting several aspects of its conspicuousness and contrariness that are much significant in human life. But first of all we should concentrate on what the term, procrastination actually stands for. Going through the actual definition of procrastination mentioned in the English dictionary we find it the act of postponing any action/job. But world’s prominent psychologists define it as a plan of replacing some most important action/job/work with the inferior one. An English dictionary though is believed universally to reveal real meaning of procrastination as postponing the work/assignment/action, it is extensive research conducted by the researchers on such terminology that brings forth many outstanding revelations. Going through virtual definition of world’s many prominent dictionaries we find the word procrastination, defined as postponement of what is supposed to have already been planned by someone, while the research-based theory, propounded by the researchers/psychologists, divulges the postponement as action for the sake of what is not as important as the previous one itself. This is what stimulates we people to define the word procrastination glancing at many of its crucial aspects as well.
