Warrants For Arrest
A warrant for arrest or detention is issued by the court against those who are found not to have turned up on specific dates of court. Police officer or the sheriff is directed by the court to arrest the absconder and sent him to jail or prison for ensuring his regular appearance in the court on ensuing dates. It oftentimes becomes too difficult for a large number of buisy and preoccupied people to get information on warrants for arrest issued against them and thus find themselves, contrary to their expectation, behind the bars.
