• The hairless rats need a spacious cage to allow them to dwell in comfortably and conveniently.Though exact size of the cage for hairless rats is not a right advice, it should depend upon the actual size of the hairless rats so as not to cause any discomfort to them.
• The cage of hairless rats should be placed at such a place where they should have fresh air or proper ventilation. Some individuals place the rats in a tank or inside the wooden box. Let me make you cautious of both these arrangements. If you keep your hairless rats inside a tank, the chances of suffocation increases, while the wooden box are not good for hairless rats because they are rats, capable enough of making their way to flee by cutting the woods with their sharp teeth.
• Provide cozy habitat. It’d better for you to use only soft and comfy cage for your hairless rats, for their sensitive skin can sustain some injuries contrary to your imagination.
