Only the dog is a pet in the world which develops an intimate relationship with the human beings playing games, sharing foods and sleeping together unlike any other pet/animal. Being a reliable one, the dog protects its owner’s life and property staking its own life. Bestowed supposedly with a supernatural power of visualizing dead people roaming around, and knowing much earlier a death of some one in family or locality, the dog is treated as exceptional pet for its sniff-ability, fathom-ability, memory and eyes.  

Whenever we hear a loud barking of our dog, we get alert of some stranger’s attempting to sneak into the premise of our house. A dog intimates of stranger’s approaching our house only after fathoming, sniffing and catching the image of wanted or unwanted guest through his eyes. Being indispensable ones, the eyes of a dog make the dog catch the image of unscrupulous elements prowling near the house. Though an extraordinary exception ability of fathoming the presence of a visitor, through his natural sensory perception, informs the dog of a foe or friend, nose and eyes of the dog help him distinct between foe and friend. Sniffing capacity of dog makes him identify whether visitor is friend or stranger without using eyes.

A dog can see even in darkness without depending upon his existing eyes and can help us reach a target very easily. Actually the visible eyes of the dog see only visible areas, while his an invisible eye, known as sensory perception or a third eye of the dog, manages to see the desired destination. Such efficient visualization by the dog makes all the organs including nose, ear and eyes of dog indispensable parts of dog. It is these organs of dogs which present the dog as an special pet in the world.
 
Even if we forget our path while having an excursion in a beautiful climate of hill or forest area, it is the dog who takes us back to our dwelling. A detective-nature of the dog is supported by his sensitive nose, fathom-ability and eyes of the dog. A natural idiosynchracy of tracing out helps the dog detect object, place or creatures efficiently. Though we cant see in darkness, our dog can see everything in an area plunged into a deep darkness. Unique coordination of fathom ability and eyes of the dog helps each dog see even invisible objects.

Though unique fathom-ability of dog makes him feel unwanted visitor’s presence near his house, the eyes of dog have additional significance. Only after approaching the foe with his ongoing barking, the dog takes his position by watching the defensive or attacking move of his target with his own eyes. It is the eyes of dogs which exhort him to adapt with the existing situation.

If you own a dog of high quality breed, you must have noticed your respective dog often rubbing his eyes over the soft mats or grasses. This happens due only to small particles of dust entering into the eyes of dog and causing an itching in the eyes of same dog. Whenever the complication of such excessive itching increases to a great extent, it renders the eyes of dog watery and reddish by color. Instead of curing such a newly developed eye problem in your dog with usual eye drop, you should consult a vet forthwith and follow whatsoever the vet suggests you to. All the eyes, being very sensitive ones, are needed to be dealt with a great care,  so are the eyes of dogs as well.

Though eyes of dog are capable enough of getting cleaned naturally exiting all the dust particles therefrom much faster, sometimes a serious damage is sustained by the eyes of dog which requires a quick medical attention. If the eyes of your dog are found spewing a thick water, it transparently exhibits a problem which your dog might have developed due either to eye sore or some other health related complications.

The eyes of dogs, being as sensitive as of humans, need a regular cleanliness and a great care which you should administer him regularly. Any negligence on your part in providing hygienic protection to the eyes of your dog can exacerbate the eye complication of dog beyond control, rendering him sluggish. Dog’s eyes, though are likely to get victimized easily of a few common complications like poor visibility, eye sore and watery eye, a dog never becomes a blind as the eyes of dogs still remain capable of viewing all the objects and manage to fathom the presence of a foe or friend.

It is the efficiency of dog’s eyes, sniffing power and fathom ability which make the dog a reliable pet on earth remaining round o clock on duty without seeking any direction from the owner. Hearing even a suspicious sound around the house made by unwanted individual, animal or object, the dog starts barking noisily and keeps it up like a fidgety creature unless and until he sees the source of sound with his own eyes.

Despite being bestowed with our beautiful eyes, we hardly can see invisible foes, but the fathom-ability, sniff-ability and inquisitive eyes of dogs are capable to visualize such enemies and make you alert. Though many of us cant see on getting too old due to a poor visibility, the oldest dogs are capable enough of watching and detecting even the unscrupulous elements in dark. Power of eyes and sniffing ability of dogs are incomparable in the world, making the dog a very important family member.Sometimes the dog also develops a poor eyesight, if not a completes cataract blindness like human beings. Such problem erupting in the eyes of dog deprives him of good visibility, rendering him incapable of seeing object or a creature from a far distance. Such visibility problem occurring in the eyes of dog is termed as Lenticular Sclerosis as well. Though this not a common problem affecting the eyes of all dogs, it sometimes occurs among the aging dogs.

Though yet not scientifically proved, a blind belief, that eyes of the dog can see the souls or dead ones roaming in the night, makes the dog really a conspicuous creature. Believe it or not, howling or weeping by the dog with his face lifted towards the sky after sunset is a precursor of some one’s untimely death in the nearby areas. It has proven fact that a powerful vision of souls and unfavorable situations make the  eyes of dog as extraordinarily capable of keeping a watch not only over the local unscrupulous elements but evil forces of the universe as well. 

Though scientists still are not ready to accept that eyes of dogs can see the souls in the dark by howling loudly, an unconditional death in the family or locality has proved that a dog really foretells about an untoward situation awaited. According to a traditional belief it is not the eyes of dog but his third sensory perception which catches the sight of death.
