    I HAVE BAD PINCHING ON BOTH SIDES OF MY LOWER BACK. EVEN WHEN I STAND OR WALK FOR A FEW SECONDS IT HURTS. WHAT CAN I DO TO EASE THIS PAIN. I AM 2 MONTHS PREGNANT. PLEASE HELP!!!!
