- 1/3 lb Paneer.
- 10 oz pasted spinach.
- 1 tablespoon cream.
- Onion paste.
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder.

- Garlic paste.

- ½ cumin acid.
- ½ teaspoon turmeric.
- ½ teaspoons red chilly powder.
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste.
- 4-5 whole red chillies.
- 2 tablespoon floor.
- Tomato puree.
- Salt to taste.
Way of Preparing The Palak Paneer -

- Cut the paneer into small pieces and put them aside.
- Put the fry pan over gas-stove, pour oil in it and heat. On oil getting heated enough, start frying the pieces of paneer, without letting them turn into pinkish color.
