What Is Acne Scars?

Acne scars occur over the facial skin following acne appearing all of sudden among the boys and girls, being in theirs teens or twenties. There are two types of acne scars, such as Hypertrophic scars and Atrophic scars. Hypertrophic acne scars is the result of collagen, causing disorder of proteins inherent in the cells of skin, resulting into acne scars while Atrophic scars results due to color of facial skin changing due to wounds.

• Laser therapy– Laser therapy also removes the acne scars. • Biological Treatment– Under the biological treatment acne tissues are damaged and scars are replaced by new cells.
• Mucin- Mucin, obtained from the snail Helix Aspersa Müller, is applied on the acne scars as topical creams to remove the acne scars. It regulates the skin by healing it soon.
