Sun rays are effective antiseptic so they do destroy the gems. It has helped me eliminate my pimples.

I am talking about more than surface scars. I am talking about some pot marks that I have. I think I look much better in the summer when I swim and lay out in the sun. I once visited a dermatologist that indicated that a lazer treatment might be the best for me. Is there a less evasive method that could be used? How about dermabrasion, accutane, or chemical peel.
Any thoughts you might have would be greatly appreciated.
I noticed that you felt that sun would help reduce the scarring. Is this true? If so how much would be good and is there any worry about it causing skin cancer if done on the face only?

sorry but i can’t see the sun doing much good. even if it does help to fade scarring, it will do worse problems to your skin as you get older. i’d rather a little bit of scarring that fades within a few years as opposed to either wrinkles that last a lifetime or skin cancer.
Standing in a sun u will get ur whole skin as ur acne scars colour..hence problem solve lol
I tried proactive it maked my skin hell now pls recommend 4 my skin i have small black marks n my 4head n pimple scars on both my cheek i am a gud lukng guy but deez marks make me feel damn inferior in public plz sugst sir.

I am taking pills now (im 18) its actually for health purposes , but my doctor also said that it will help to get rid of my acne, i take lots of fluid, i have enough exposure to sun, and i clean my face twice a day ( plus a vitamin E moisturizer) BUT STILL!!! i have pimples, my parents nor my sister never experienced to have pimples like i have…what am i supposed to do???please help me
its simple just use aloe vera. apply aloe vera juice daily untill your marks vanishes. it really works………..
I just recently started the lemon juice technique. and so far its been 4-5 days. and the scars ive had for years have begone to fade, and i mean fade.. it works have faith.
i have strong pimple scars of face,my face is of oily type,pimple increases in cold season please help to remove scars !!

ya lemon…. its really works.. it removes the acne scars and keep ur skin smooth and oil free….
Dont use any antibacterila soap. a papaya or kojic soap will be better. And just use a light cream for your face.

Aloe works really well! i have the plant outside,i use it everyday and it got rid of my pimps. It also does wonders for inflammation of any sort, and the lemon is sufficient as well. Drinking alot of water will also be useful. Hope this helped anyone who had my problem.
