But a few problems such as squeezing, a tremendous pressure exerted within the heart, weakness and a sudden pain radiating to the arms, are some of the vivid symptoms of the silent heart attack.

Treatment of silent heart attack

Taking aspirin or acetaminophen tabs are the effective way to control the pain but for a while as consulting the doctor is needed to get rid of the silent heart attack symptoms.
