I am 63 and enjoy skipping rope for Total15 minutes.While enjoying TV show.I keep eye over center second of the wall clock.I skip for 15 seconds and rest for 15 seconds and continue this cycle for 15 minutes.Great fitness I feel (as if walking in the air, 6 inches above the road) when I go out for a 40 minute brisk walk.

i’ve been doing rope skipping
i searched this topic because of 1 ov my frndz told me not to do this exercise cz of its disadvantages but after this article ive got that there is no disadvantage or this exercise n is really useful
