    After my father’s death in cancer suffered a lot and i am also a victim to see the pain of my father which gives me a mental pain and disorder. I used to acceppt the sleeping peal to get rid od the pain and for sound sleep.Now i am in the condition that my mind is always full of fear and nervousness.I do not get any energy in any kind of work.i do not concentrate in any kind of work.Pl. help.

    Hi sabal, I ve lost my father in an car accident as well.. Thr is still not a single day,i dun remb him…but,as u know time is da best healer… The day he passed away and now,thr is a bit of difference in me..     hi..i have a fiance who loves me but is very possesive.Always take worng meaning.now a days he started abusing me.bcoz of him i am v tensed.he dnt trust me.One of my collegue proposed me.i ignored but i like to talk to him even i like spending time wid him.I think i started loving him.i dnt know wht to do.He kiss me and i dnt stop.i dnt know what is happening wid me.but now i am not in my control.evrytime i think abt him.wht to do i dnt know.i am in grt trauma…plz help me out

    Almost everyone of us faces situations in life which makes you feel sad,guilty and leaves you depressed.
    But it isn’t impossible to get rid of it. I too was a victim of blues, but now am fit and happy it my life. The things which helped me lead this is accepting humour and being aesthete in nature. Because the more happy you are, the more you gain the confidence to face life and live long. If you are having nervousness in talking with opposite sex,elders or dont want to attend public places than you are having depression which is making you anti social. So my advice to you is to relax. The things you have to do is the things you love. Though social network is exciting but it tiggers isolation. Dont spend much time in front of indoor activity like tv,pc,mobile instead go out in parks,avenues with friends. Playing outdoor games keeps you fit mentally and physically. Make friends,attend public places,travel with nature(watch green trees,birds) be a nature lover,do creative art if you like, dont just remain in home, listen Rahul sharma’s classical music etc . I am sure this will help you. i hope for your betterment. And remember ,plz dont be selfish,and i hate such.
