How do I get rid of the ringworm fungi in my home? Bedding, clothes etc., I can wash; my concern is furniture and carpets. One recommendation is a 1:10 bleach solution, however, I don’t feel I can spray that on my furniture and carpet. Any suggestion would be helpful.
Thanks
one of my clates has a ring worm and wont leave the school will i get it? he says its not contajias
IT IS contagious! HIGHLY contagious. So dont let him fool you. He needs to get lotrimin and cure it before you or someone else catches it. Also, the spores live in carpet and bedding for up to 3 months, so make sure you wash any bedding or anything that he has touched with HOT water and bleach. My dogs have a ringworm infection right now and it is a nightmare!! good luck.
