my fingures are actually peeling again and over again. it has become a continious cycle. this situation has been worrying me of late so much as my hands have become a centre of attraction. But let me try out one or several of your recommendations and in case of positive outcomes, i shall get you informed.

Very informative article thx. My problem was hydration. I found after sports activity within a few hours my finger skin just above my nails would peel in strips. At first I thought I had lost certain nutrients through sweating. I took multiple-vitamins and supplements with no help. Simply drinking water more than you think is enough had a repeatable effect. I tested this theory a number of times and the abundant water in take had an almost immediate positive effect. You’ll be surprised how much water your body really needs. In some way the peeling skin was a alerting condition for my body’s own condition. Listen to your body it has it’s own way of telling you it needs something.

Every time I eated steamed crabs, my hands peel about a week later. I have tried rinsing the crabs off, eating the crabs with gloves on (which works the best). Last week, my husband picked some crab meat for me and I still lost all the skin on my hands. Please help! Does anybody know the answer to this problem?
