What Is Viscera?
Internal parts of abdomen of dead human, in medical term, is called viscera. “Viscera” is used in plural form for the cells of eternal organs of stomach, taken out after the death of any individual to find out actual cause of death. The removed viscus from the dead human body is also known as offal. Other names of internal human organs are “innards”, or “guts” (meant for gastrointestinal tract). It was the Roman priests who examined the dead animals’ viscera in order to determine animal’s embodiment including shape, dimension and nature in another life.

Visceral pain
