- Drink maximum water- People worried on how to get rid of side fat should drink as much water as they can. The water will activate their metabolic function and cut down the side fat and remove love handles as well therefrom.
- Do leg lifting exercise- Lie on the ground and lift your legs to a 90 degree angle and place the lags again on ground. By repeating such exercise all the people seeking to get rid of side fat will bid adieu to their love handles and side fat as well very efficiently.
- Consume fibered foods- Make sure that the foods you consume be the fibered foods consisting of beans, lentils, whole oats, etc.
- Torso twisting exercise- This is a simple and easy exercise any one else seeking to get rid of side fats can perform. Keep a long rod over your shoulder with both of your hands placed over it and stretched towards different ends. Now with your arms stretched with the support of shouldered rod towards different ends, bend your torso towards the left side, touching the left end of rod to the ground. Come back to your previous position, this time to make rod’s right end touch the ground, bending yous torso towards right side. Keep repeating such exercise meant to cut down side fats. Regular exercise will help you get rid of side fat or and love handles easily and efficiently.
- Retrench the intakes of carbohydrate foods and increase protein intakes as such steps taken by you will reduce the side fats stored around your waist. Make sure that you meals have maximum protein followed by thirty percent carbohydrate and twenty percent of fats. Though cutting down the fatty foods or lowering the GI(glycemic index)is must, it should not be dipped into zero level by those who want to get rid of side fats and love handles much faster.
