Instead of scolding or refusing them straightforwardly, you should try to pacify them by your affectionate gesture and make it clear that their calling for breastfeeding is unfair.   • Be cool, calm and relaxed letting no any anxiety or wrath engulf you while breastfeeding. Whatever you happen to be suffering from, gets spontaneously absorbed into the cells of your baby in a form of breastmilk . So beware of such of your state of being.
  • Those who opt for stopping the breastfeeding are likely to come across excessive 
    milk getting stored in their breast, developing in this way engorgement on breast. If you are uncomfortable with such excessive supply of milk, express it by your hand mildly and with great care. You shouldn’t do it in haste.
  • Another way of drying up your breast-milk is applying the paste of cabbage over your nipple and leave it for twenty minutes of time at least. This automatically will dry up the breast milk causing no any perplexity of opting for breastfeeding your baby.

    I am trying to put cabbage paste to dry off the breasmilk. I am just wondering how many times a day you have to do that. i stopped completely breasfeeding two days ago.
