Ear lobes are very sensitive and directly associated with the power of brain. Left ear lobe corresponds with the right portion of brain while the right ear lobe establishes a proper correspondence with the left sided brain. Follow the tips being mentioned below.

  • Hold the right ear lobe with your left hand using index finger and thumb. Squeeze the right ear lobe with index finger and thumb mildly. Keep your thumb over the ear lobe. Mild squeeze on ear lobe will get the right part of your brain and glands energized and active automatically.
  • Now move to next step. It is meant for left ear lobe to be held with your right hand. Perform the same activities which you did with your right ear lobe previously, by holding left ear lobe with your right hand and using index finger and thumb. Start queezing it mildly. Effect of such exercise you will see in a form of your mind turning into a super brain through Yoga with in a week.   
  • Continuing with ear lobe exercise, exert a pressure over the roof of mouth with your tongue. It is indispensable part of Yoga exercise contributing in developing a super brain.
  • Inhale the fresh air into your lungs and squat down on the ground.
  • Keep your breath held. Do not exhale it. Stand up now to come to your previous position, without changing your same posture, holding both the ear lobes and pressing upper part of your mouth by tongue.
  • Do it 15 to 20 reps at a time regularly. With in a week you will experience your memory becoming too strong, anxiety non existing and energy exhorting you to undertake more and more projects enthusiastically.
  • There is another way of super brain yoga by watching a sun rise at dawn. It has a scientific effect making the brain of individual much stronger and energetic. By doing such Yoga you will, no doubt,experience your brain turning into super brain.
