If a soap solution is the most effective way to get rid of cinch bugs, what is the recipe for the solution when using a garden sprayer and what kind of soap (laundry soap, dishwashing soap)?

my neighbor (with the best lawn) said use a powder soap like tide. I just got my lawn tested and they confirmed cinch bugs. I would use the same amount as if i were filling the sprayer with a fertilizer packet.
