What to talk of children when adults themselves do not care of dangerous effect of theirs cell phone conversation while driving.

Talking on mobile or cell phone while driving on road has got to distract the attention of driver resulting into a defiance of traffic rules and regulations. The driver being a human being himself can become emotional, sentimental or anxious during an ongoing cell phone conversation and has got to commit some mistakes as well. No any law can have any control over natural effect of human brain, but it can control it by making a law which will make the cell phone driving a legal offence. Fear of being put behind the bar, imposed a penalty, suffering a humiliation, pasing through a strict condemnation and being deprived of driving license will encourage the drivers to switch-off their mobile before setting off on their car journey.  

Being susceptible to natural human idiosyncrasies the individuals have got to loss their concentration due to cell phone conversation and thus put to peril lives not only of theirs but pedestrian’s as well. Conversation through cell phone should be banned and treated just like another offense, that is, car driving in a drunken state. Cell phone driving should be made illegal for the sake of those who follow the traffic rules, being unaware of someone about to knock them out on the street.
